About Alpha Edge Clinic

Alpha Edge Clinic is an Australian telehealth clinic providing assessment, pathology coordination, doctor consultations and ongoing support where appropriate. Our clinical services are for patients aged 18 and over who are located in Australia. This website explains our services and how to access them; it does not provide individual medical advice.

Assessments and treatment

Completing an assessment, purchasing a blood test or paying for a consultation does not guarantee treatment, a prescription or a particular outcome. Clinical decisions are made independently by the treating practitioner after an appropriate assessment. Further testing, in-person care or specialist review may be needed. Information submitted to us must be accurate, complete and current.

Prescription and partner pharmacy policy

Alpha Edge Clinic is not a prescription-only or script service. We do not offer standalone prescriptions or accept payment for the purpose of obtaining a script.

Where a doctor prescribes treatment, prescriptions are sent directly to an approved partner pharmacy selected by Alpha Edge Clinic for compounding and/or dispensing. Under our clinic process, paper prescriptions, electronic prescription tokens and repeats are not supplied directly to patients or redirected to outside pharmacies nominated by patients. The doctor remains responsible for prescribing and the pharmacist for dispensing.

This process forms part of our clinic service model and is explained before payment. By proceeding with a paid service after receiving this policy and completing the relevant onboarding forms, patients acknowledge the process. If you have questions or do not agree, contact us before proceeding.

Fees, bookings and external providers

Service inclusions, prices and any separate pathology, medication, dispensing or delivery charges are explained before purchase. Booking, cancellation and refund arrangements for a paid service are provided before payment. Please contact the clinic promptly about changes or concerns. Paying for an assessment does not purchase a particular clinical decision.

Laboratories, pharmacies and delivery providers carry out their respective services. Time estimates depend on provider availability and individual circumstances. Contact us if you need assistance with an arrangement coordinated through Alpha Edge Clinic.

Website use and availability

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit false information or misuse its content. Our content and branding must not be copied or used commercially without permission. Website content may change and may occasionally contain errors or become unavailable. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party websites.

General website information should not be relied on to make medical decisions. Updates apply from the stated date and do not retrospectively change an existing paid service agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
